Single Recruitment Campaign Management
Should a single recruitment campaign result in multiple hires there are no multiple charges.
If your recruitment volumes do not warrant a 12 month or fixed term arrangement, our pay as you go option may be more suited. This service encompasses all you would expect from an Internal Recruiter with the freedom to engage as and when you need it.
Our single recruitment campaign (a single job title) is for a fixed duration (1 month).
Unlike the recruitment agency model, we advise candidates of your brand from the outset. We believe in managing expectations. These factors limit the possibility of a no show at interview stage or a candidate falling out within their probation period.
