Our Recruitment team ran two more Assessment Centres this week, as the response to our creative Portsmouth vacancy has been overwhelming.
There were 15 candidates on the day and it was a pleasing result to select 2/3rds of these candidates to present to our client

Full steam ahead with ER issues this week for our HR team, carrying out investigations onsite with Managers, implementing solutions to improve Customer Service and conducting meetings with Directors to confirm future staffing requirements

Its exciting to see the results of our hard work, making a real difference to our clients, its why we love what we do
