Sarah Close
Founder & Director
During my career I have covered many aspects of HR, Recruitment and Operations from being a Recruitment Consultant to a Recruitment Agency Director and as a HR Advisor through to Strategic Business Partnering and now I’m a Business Owner.
I have consulted on various organisation restructures and high-growth business start ups. I have a particular interest in people and personality profiling. I’m a firm believer that specific personality traits align with specific career paths.
So why do companies waste so much time and money hiring badly, disciplining employees who are in a job they despise, or promoting leaders that can’t lead?
If individuals and businesses invested in profiling and understanding their true selves and each other. Then time and money would not be wasted, and a fraction of 'work based' Mental Health issues eliminated. A square peg doesn’t fit in a round hole after all!

Teresa Riekert
Director
Teresa develops strong partnerships and is at ease communicating with CEO’s, Business Owners and Management Teams from multiple Industry Sectors. Teresa is an effective Business Partner, a master at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure. With a background in both HR and Executive Search, she is relentless at seeing any project through to completion, whether that’s delivering robust HR Strategies or securing those first-class senior appointments.
Her work history includes Human Resources, Executive Search and Specialist Recruitment which is complimented by her study/education path being CIPD Level 3, CIPD Level 5 and a Psychology degree obtained at Cardiff University.
An absolute bonus for us all is her ability to balance professionalism with a fun and ridiculous sense of humour.
Leanne Simpson
Associate Director
Leanne wears many a hat at OutThere HQ. Not only does she head up the Outsourced Recruitment & Resourcing team; she has also set up the Employee Wellbeing Operation. This is testament in itself to our “Core Values” of embracing change, being innovative and delivering the extraordinary. Leanne is super passionate and extremely committed. She is qualified as a Mental Health First Aider and has completed further study with an IOSH Occupational Health & Wellbeing qualification.
Leanne is very creative in her teams approach to searching, sourcing and screening candidates and is relentless at protecting her 100% hit rate on candidates submitted to interview and enjoys the full recruitment lifecycle.
Leanne McGinty
Head of HR Outsourcing
Leanne has 17 years work experience within a HR and Recruitment setting. Leanne has worked with a variety of sectors which include Telco, Care, Retail, Call Centre, Manufacturing and Waste Management. With a Masters in HR, and more degrees than most people can shake a stick at, Leanne is currently working on her next Masters (in Law!).
Leanne loves all aspects of HR, however her specialisms lie within Employee Relations, Organisation Structure & Development and People Strategies.
Tracey Lloyd-Jones
Operations Director
Tracey has worked within many an industry. Her running feet have firm roots planted in Operations and Finance. Working collaboratively and cohesively; a strong team player with communication at its core who loves a spreadsheet and has the best colour coordinated “to do list” we have ever seen.
Tracey has a huge passion for order and process and thankfully for us all, this is balanced with an enormous sense of fun!
